The Profile section is the agent’s public identity. The workspace edits both the WordPress user and the linked Agent profile together. Fields include:
- General: first name, last name, display name (required), public name, biography, and profile photo
- Contact: public email, phone, mobile, WhatsApp, website, fax, office
- Professional: position, company, license, years of experience
- Address: a free-form address field
- Social: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Vimeo, Pinterest
- Account: username (read-only), login email, role and registration status (read-only)
Profile photo: JPG, PNG, GIF, or WebP, up to 5 MB. SVG files are not accepted.
Password change: available in the workspace. It requires the current password, a new password of at least 8 characters, and a matching confirmation. The current session stays signed in after the change, and a “Your password was changed” confirmation email is sent.
