Troubleshoot Havenlytics Pro

When a Pro module is missing, check Free activation, the Free version floor, and the Pro license before changing theme settings.

Module screen is missing

Activate Havenlytics Pro. Pro does not load its modules if Free is inactive.

Module is locked

Resolve the Pro license. Theme header changes will not unlock Compare.

Social buttons missing while other modules work

Social Auth requires Free 3.10.0+. Compare and the other modules accept Free 3.7.3+.

Compare page is blank

Select a page that contains [hvnly_property_compare] or the compare block, and add at least two properties.

Schedule a Tour will not save a Calendly URL

Use a public https://calendly.com/ link. Other domains are rejected for that provider. OAuth is not available.

Developer boot signals: hvnly_pro_loaded and hvnly_pro_ready.

Fill In Social Auth Provider Fields

Under Social Auth, enable a provider, paste its ID and secret, and copy the read-only Authorized redirect URI into that provider’s app. Do not publish secrets.
