Visitor reviews attach to properties, agents, and agencies that already exist in Havenlytics. This module does not import Google reviews.
Settings
- Open Havenlytics Pro → Reviews & Ratings.
- On the Settings tab, turn on Enable Reviews & Ratings.
- Require moderation before publishing is on by default. While it is on, a new review is not treated as public until you approve it.
- Optional: Allow guest reviews (email required).
- Sync approved visitor average to listing cards / sort is off by default. Leave it off unless you want approved review averages to update the existing property rating used on cards and archive sorting.
- Email options use Havenlytics email: notify admin on a new moderation submission, and email the reviewer on approve or reject. A failed email does not block saving the review.
- Save settings.
Pending versus approved
- Open the Reviews tab on the same screen.
- Filter or read status Pending, Approved, or Rejected.
- Use Approve or Reject on a row. Approved reviews are the ones included in the public approved list. Pending reviews stay out of that list while moderation is required.
