Administrators can review, approve, reject, merge, or delete requests from a dedicated moderation dashboard.

Absolutely. Agent Workspace uses Havenlytics Property Builder, so any custom sections, fields, layouts, galleries, maps, repeaters, and property information you create automatically appear inside the frontend property editor without additional coding.

Yes. Agents can upload featured images, image galleries, documents, videos, FAQs, highlights, maps, assigned agents, and other property information directly from Agent Workspace using the familiar WordPress Media Library.

Agents can save properties from archive pages, search results, and single property pages using the Favorite button. Saved properties are synchronized across devices for signed-in users and are available anytime from the Saved Properties page inside the Agent Workspace.

The Saved Properties page gives agents one place to manage all of their favorite listings. It includes pagination, sorting, quick removal, responsive layouts, listing status, assigned agent information, and the date each property was saved.

Yes. Havenlytics supports Guest Favorites. Visitors can save properties before signing in, and their saved properties automatically merge into their account after their first successful login, so nothing is lost.

Guest Login is an optional feature that lets visitors explore the Agent Workspace without creating a WordPress account. Guests can browse the dashboard and view available features in read-only mode but cannot create, edit, delete, upload, or modify any content. Site administrators can enable or disable Guest Login from the Agent Workspace settings.

Yes. Administrators have full access to the Agent Workspace while keeping all WordPress administrator capabilities and wp-admin access. The Workspace automatically provides a role-aware experience, allowing administrators to manage properties, favorites, and other Workspace features without losing administrative functionality.

Yes. Favorite status stays synchronized across property archive pages, search results, single property pages, the Saved Properties page, and the Agent Workspace. Updates are reflected immediately for signed-in users and guest sessions.

Yes. Havenlytics uses secure REST API endpoints with nonce validation, session-based ownership, and capability checks to ensure users can only access and manage their own saved properties. Guest sessions are isolated, automatically expire, and never create WordPress user accounts.

Yes. Agent Workspace is fully responsive and optimized for desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. The dashboard, property management tools, Saved Properties, favorites, and Guest Login all provide a consistent experience across screen sizes.

Yes. Havenlytics works with any WordPress theme. You can also use the free Havenlytics Realty theme for a fully integrated real estate website experience, but it is completely optional.
