Recover a Havena Pro Setup Problem

Recover empty Havena pages by activating Havenlytics and Functionality, rerunning setup when a design is missing, and reading Havena → System Status before chasing updates.

Pages look empty

  1. Activate Havenlytics and publish at least one property.
  2. If the homepage was built in Elementor, activate Havena Functionality and Elementor.
  3. Confirm Havena Options → Header → Header presentation and Footer → Footer style are set to a style you recognize.

Setup says a plugin is required

Use Appearance → Install Required Plugins or Havena → Setup and install only the listed plugins. Havenlytics Pro does not replace Havenlytics. See Required plugins.

Demo or design import did not finish

  1. Return to Havena → Setup.
  2. If no website design is listed, wait until Main, Modern, or Luxury is offered. Do not edit parent theme files to force an import.
  3. After a successful import, check Appearance → Menus for the Primary and Footer locations.

Elementor widgets missing

Follow Functionality troubleshooting.

Updates never appear

Open Havena → System Status. If it says Update service unavailable, automatic updates are not offered in this environment. See update status.
